Best Seat in the house

Hello All,

Today we want to talk about the chair. You know exactly which one it is; It’s the chair. The one with the cushions from heaven, the armrest at the perfect height, the right angle to watch TV. The chair that you rely on for a relaxing Sunday read. We know that chair, and understand how much of a necessity it is. Check out some of our favorite ‘favorite chairs’ that we’ve used in previous projects.

This chair from our Hyde Park project has a comfortable feeling with a contemporary appeal. We love that it uses such a simple pattern and cream color. Eames-style arm chairs and ottomans are a timeless look to fit any room. So often we settle for grandpa’s old chair and, happily, it’s pretty fab!

This little piece of luxury is the perfect place for anyone who longs for a reading nook. We love the white upholstery; it’s clean, simple, and a great addition to our Southampton Residence family room. It has natural lighting during the day and an arched floor lamp for those late night reading sessions.

Recently featured on Houzz, this chair is the perfect spot to settle down with a hot tea sitting on the garden stool and your feet kicked up on the toadstool-style footrest. The scene that we set gives this relatively open room a space for solitude and privacy; the epitome of an ideal cozy corner.

After a long day, it’s great to have such a perfect ‘welcome home’. This chaise lounge is great for any traditional space. It yearns to be rested on, especially when paired with this collected interior and an even better view to boot.

So find your chair, sit and stay a while. With the hectic lives we live it’s nice to have a place for reading, watching TV, and best of all, relaxing.

Tell us about your favorite chair, and check out some more of our top choices on our Pinterest board.

Until Next Time,

Laura
