Inspiring friends! Meet Nan & Co

I can’t tell you how excited I am to be able to share today’s post with you! I recently had the opportunity to partner with Nancy of Nan and Company Properties and Al Ross Luxury Homes to help stage The Branford on Avalon Place, a gorgeous home in River Oaks, for an event they were hosting. The event hosted local builders, realtors, architects, designers and potential buyers for bubbles and desserts as they enjoyed an exclusive sneak peek at this stunning home.

The home was constructed with breathtaking details like intricate millwork, wood flooring, built-ins, book-matched marble on the fireplace, and a neutral color palette throughout. It was a beautiful home to start with so it didn’t really need much to show off its beauty!

I had about three weeks from start to finish to find showrooms to participate, select the furniture and install everything before the event! So with no time to waste, I headed to some of my favorite Houston showrooms to hand-select the perfect furniture, rugs and accessories to use for the staged event and home tours. My goal for the pieces I selected was to bring tons of style into the space, but still allow potential buyers to visualize themselves living in the home.

We were able to successfully stage five spaces the day before the party. And even though I didn’t have any floor plans, everything came together in a matter of hours and fit with literally inches to spare! (Now that’s what I can working with the pros!) I couldn’t have done this without the help of my amazing team, these fabulous showrooms and the heavy lifting of my all-time favorite movers, Classic Moves.

I’m also very thankful for the donations that were taken at the event for a charity that’s close to my heart, Dec My Room, which decorates hospital rooms for kids in long-term stay all over the US.

All I can say it this is a truly gorgeous home with so many beautiful features. It was so much fun putting this home together and I absolutely love how it turned out! I just wish I could decide which space is my favorite. Let me know which room you love most in the comments below.
