We are now halfway through 2016 (so hard to believe!), and as each month passes, the team finds new and interesting styles or pieces that we like to pull from for inspiration in our fabulous, Classically Current designs.
Here are some favorite finds we spotted in June that are sure to elevate our interiors!
Molly Hatch Ceramics
“I love Molly Hatch’s new take on the classic blue and white ginger jar look. Her large art pieces, all done on plates, create a large scale piece of art that is made up of beautiful little pieces. A fabulous twist on the typical china displayed on the dining wall with a wonderful European feel.” – Laura Umansky, President and Creative Director
Graphic Tile in a Simple Bathroom
“The geometric cement tiles bring some warm bohemian vibes into a classic bathroom. I just love how the unexpected pop of bold patterns can transform the space! I can’t wait to incorporate this into a home that I am currently working on.” – Shenay Keyes, Associate Interior Designer
Statement Cabinet Hardware
“Say goodbye to boring pulls and knobs! More thought is being placed towards statement cabinetry hardware, which turns any plain console or credenza into a coveted piece.” –Letecia Ellis Haywood, Principal Interior Designer
Tai Ping’s Bloom
“My current obsession is the House of Tai Ping’s bespoke rug collection, Bloom. Our rep, Dan Pederson, recently dropped by some gorgeous samples and these hand knotted, hand-tufted rugs really make a statement! Their unique designs are both bold, yet soft, and infuse a space with vibrant colors. The Bloom collection was launched this year at Maison & Objet Paris and is a collaboration with Jeff Leatham, an award-winning florist, who is now the artistic director for Four Seasons hotels worldwide.” –Shannon Smith, Associate Interior Designer
Diana Vanity Chair by Thomas Phaesant for Baker
“I instantly fell in love with this frame – delicate but striking with slender, curved legs, feminine but sleek with a barrel back and low slung arms.” –Blair Foster, Associate Interior Designer
