Viva La Recap? By now I’m hoping all of you are up to speed on all our exciting finds from our first day at Las Vegas Market.

We saw some great pieces on our 1st venture through Las Vegas Market and the 2nd day didn’t dissapoint! It was a whirlwind of great finds, tons of showrooms and zero downtime! I’d say day two of LVMKT was our busiest for sure. So let’s just dive on in!

The design team and I split up for the first hour of the morning. I went LIVE on the air with James Swan of Million Dollar Decoarating Podcast to chat about Vegas and our market must-dos. The team started bright and early with quick stops by Dovetail Furniture and Sunset West to take a glimpse at their newest outdoor collections. From there we linked up at Sunpan and Euro Style, both of which had much-needed bar stool and office chair options that we will definitely reference for upcoming projects. Next up, (moving quickly!) we took a peek at Loloi Rug’s latest collections, and bright colors have really been catching my eye lately…who would’ve thought (winky face)? The Wild Bloom Collection was so pretty, it’s floral designs were so fresh and cheery. Just imagine these in a little girl’s room or dainty lady’s lounge?

Moody and feminine florals!

From there, we HAD to say hello to the latest Kate Spade collection at Jaipur Living. Her collection is on point and full of all the bright colors, feminine touches and quirky sayings that we all adore. The Greenpoint rug was a standout! The abstract design is bold and contrasting, which are key aesthetic points for Laura U interiors.

Organic patterning in black & white – What’s not to love?

And how cute are these bright Yorkville pillows? I love the vivid colors and thick tassels along the sides! They’re so playful and would be a great way to introduce color in a playroom or bedroom.

We bid adieu to Kate and discovered a brand new favorite showroom: Anji Mountain. The bright, fresh colors in their designs -especially in their Atlas Collection – were total showstoppers! I loved the Tigres rug with its kaleidoscopic pattern full of bold pinks, reds, blues, yellows. It’s a wild explosion of shapes and colors (kind of how my brain felt the day after Vegas).

The Bold. The Glam.

To finish off our time at Las Vegas Market we dropped into Christopher Guy‘s fantastic showroom. His collection makes a statement: luxury, drama, and sophistication. The line’s newest addition, The Monumental Coffee Table, is designed in 3 individual geometric pieces topped with Nero Marquina marble. So gorgeous and very versatile! Continuing his play on shapes, the Orrery Chandelier is equally as stunning! I personally fell in love with the vintage vibe of this fixture, mixed with antique brass and the globe bulbs. Let’s just say the hubby received a text with the pic below and lots of heart eye emojis. Christopher’s pieces have such originality and easily become a star in a space.

These pieces may be placed together or individually – love the customization factor!

The globe bulbs give this contemporary chandelier a vintage/industrial bent.

Whew.. What a day!

Las Vegas is always such a blast with the city itself injecting energy and excitement to Market. So, before we head home, why not make the most of the AMAZING food and restaurants Vegas has to offer?

Our first stop of the night was for glitzy cocktails at the Beauty and Essex. If you haven’t been to this bar, it is an experience. Enter through the “pawn shop” storefront and then hit the unmarked door in the back. You will not expect the jewel box rooms behind it. This speakeasy truly makes you feel you have discovered something edgy. Next, we headed to Momofuku for a delicious dinner inspired by Japan and Korean cuisine. Then to cap off the night, we stopped by the sophisticated Mandarin Oriental to enjoy a cocktail and the best view of the lively Vegas Strip.

Safe to say the Laura U Team had a great time at the Las Vegas Market! It was jam-packed with great finds, wonderful showrooms, and tons of inspiration. I hope you found a little inspiration yourself! Don’t forget to check out our Instagram and Pinterest for more Market finds and inspiration!
