From everyone here at Laura U, we want to say thank you for your continued understanding and support during this challenging time. Since March 13th, our team has been operating remotely. Now, and in the safest possible way, we look forward to resuming normal business hours at the studio.
Our goal is to provide a comfortable and secure environment for the design process to flourish. As of June 1, we plan to have a limited number of team members in the office from Tuesday to Thursday each week during our normal operating hours of 9am – 5pm. To maintain social distance, our team will remain remote on Mondays and Fridays. Vendors will be seen by appointment only.
Our phased re-opening plan includes practicing all prevention and protection measures recommended by the CDC. All team members will wear masks and avoid close contact. Our work areas will be disinfected each day. For site visits and installs, we will carry sanitation packs consisting of masks, sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes. If anyone on our team is feeling ill, they will be directed to work from home immediately.
We are now scheduling in-person site visits and consultations for clients. But since going remote, we’ve had presentations and site walks virtually with great success. If you are more comfortable with a virtual appointment, we use Zoom and will happily schedule a meeting at your convenience.
